What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep our website working well:

• Form submissions. When you fill out a form on this website, we receive your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message.
• Anonymous page view data. Standard server logs and analytics record your visit time, pages viewed, device type, and rough geographic region. We do not see your name or address from this data.

How we use it

Your information is used to:

• Contact you about the service you requested.
• Improve our service quality based on what customers ask for most.
• Measure how our site is performing and which pages help people find us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers. We do not email you promotions you did not ask for.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic to this website in aggregate, and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and show ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited.

When you click a link to the Agency Launch group on Skool, we send both tools a label for where the link was (for example, "homepage" or "join link") so we can see what brings people to the group. Google and Meta may use their own cookies to do this. None of it identifies you to us unless you submit the contact form.

If you do submit it, the Meta Pixel sends Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the name, email and phone number you typed, so Meta can match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account for ad measurement. Meta receives the scrambled version, not the readable one.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to serve you, plus a reasonable record-keeping window for our business. Analytics data is retained per the default settings of the services listed above.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we treat our own.

Children

Our services and our website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
